Really good! I have a lot of low carb, wheat belly, paleo, gluten free, grain free, and ketogenic cookbooks. I wish I had bought this one first; although, honestly, I probably would have bought all the others anyway. There are a LOT of great recipes in here from very simple to a little more elaborate. I didn’t see any ingredients that I didn’t know where to get. Quite often, I’ll buy cookbooks and then only find 1 or 2 recipes I really want to make. Not in this case! Excellent cookbook! I am back on the low-carb bandwagon. Although I did low-carb it a couple years ago and lost 30 lbs, I gained it back by falling back into my old habits.
