Glad I did this The first time I ordered I thought this was a steal – I’m gluten-intolerant/likely celiac, and have always had some digestive and intestinal issues. HUGE “horse pills,” and actually caused malnutrition! I did not buy these vitamins expecting that they would alleviate or cure my Celiac disease. Other reviews stating that people were able to eat a regular sub sandwich without suffering ill effects from gluten are honestly just silly – if you can eat ANYTHING with gluten in it without ill effects, you clearly do not have Celiac. My hope was that the amounts/balances of the nutrients would be optimized to compensate for the poor intestinal absorption of nutrients that Celiac often causes. I…
