The kind of diet for my husband. Wouldn’t you believe that my husband, age 28, have hypertension? It’s crazy, but it’s reality. He suffers hypertension and have to really take care of the kind of diet we want to incorporate in our lifestyle. Excellent Low Sodium Recipes! This book provides you with some excellent low sodium recipes. Even if you don’t know what the DASH Diet is, but you are looking for recipes with low sodium intake to help you control your blood pressure, then you will love this book.
