Plenty of gluten-free options … Not so very long ago, the vast majority of people had no idea what gluten was let alone how the mysterious substance affected the body. Sure was enlightened by this book. One must be more careful in checking labels in food items I have a cousin who is into the gluten free diet and I was curious as to what this diet is. I sure was enlightened by this book. I’ve always thought ‘gluten-free’ labels are reliable and all but I guess, one must take pains to get a real gluten diet. Contamination can occur in factories and even in households. This book discusses extensively about the diet and wonderful recipes are found at the end part of the book.
