Sure was enlightened by this book. One must be more careful in checking labels in food items I have a cousin who is into the gluten free diet and I was curious as to what this diet is. I sure was enlightened by this book. I’ve always thought ‘gluten-free’ labels are reliable and all but I guess, one must take pains to get a real gluten diet.
