Take a frying pan and melt 1 tablespoon of butter there. Add finely chopped garlic clove and shallot. Fry veggies for 2-3 minutes until shallot becomes soft. Don’t forget to stir it from time to time. When shallot is bready, add rice and cook it for 2-3 minutes until rice kernels become translucent.
