This book is amazing Wow, I love this book. Ok, I know you’re thinking “ummm, the internet will give you workout suggestions” and you’re not wrong but this book is AMAZING. Lots of simple, no equipment workouts that vary from badass boxing workouts to kick your ass off workouts to sitting on your ass on the couch workouts!!
