100 Ways to Eat Healthy: Clean Eating Recipe Cookbook

By | April 19, 2019

Never say DIET again! Diet to me is a four letter word. I consider going on a “diet” as a temporary fix to a potentially serious problem. If you want to make a life altering change in your health, DO NOT go on a diet. Instead, modify your eating habits and physical conditioning, a little bit at a time. Small changes lead to great and permanent results!

My book contains 100 nutritional tips, along with 100 recipes and color photos, to help you on your journey to optimal health. My recipes are easy, nutritious, and healthy. The ingredients are all easy to find and prepare. Don’t be afraid to try new foods, instead open your mind to a whole new world of fresh, whole foods that don’t come out of a box or a bag. Begin by taking a small step, and continue your path one step at a time. Don’t overwhelm yourself with a diet that restricts everything, because this will only last a few weeks at most. You will most likely revert back to your old eating habits, and regain the weight you lost and maybe even more.

Take care of your body now! The changes you make now will affect your future health. Do it for yourself, and do it for the people you love and love you. Start to enjoy the art of eating food that is good for your body, and you will see how quickly your body responds.
