This was weird First off, this is not a bad workout. Although I think the 500 number was pulled out of a hat. Decently challenging but you won’t be dripping in sweat when you’re done. The important thing to understand is that this whole workout is performed by an avatar. You do not see a human during this whole workout. Which seems strange and wasn’t really for me. Especially since you see the avatar in perfect form the entire time. In fact, one ab exercise involves holding a pose for 45 seconds. You are…
