The cookbook I’ve been waiting for! This cookbook has changed my life in more ways than one!It opened my eyes to the fact that eating healthy doesn’t always have to mean not eating the things that I want to eat or always eating the same old salad or eliminating sweets all together. I can have my black bean brownies and eat them too with these glorious and delicious recipes!The recipes are also easy to follow for someone not so “Kitchen-Inclined”, like myself, and don’t require a bunch of crazy healthy and expensive…

Health matters; This book matters! I’ll be honest, I do not love cooking, and I certainly don’t love spending hours trying to understand complex recipes and hunting for ingredients.
