Not ALL recipes are gluten-free as the subtitle suggests 🙂 First let me say, I love this book in so many ways! The binding is spiral which is awesome, the photos are always such a nice feature with any cookbook for visual people like me, the recipes I have made so far are very good too!Now for the cons- I bought this book because after a year on THM plan I found out I was intolerant to gluten and certain dairy products.
