Really works & my ‘Sleep Apnea Has Disappaeared!!!!! This really works! I do the exercises laying in bed, while driving the car on the country highway to the store or sitting on the couch in the evening. Work out those face muscles, too! Do you want to look younger? Do you work out your body? Then you should work out the muscles in your face, too.
