Clean Eating Has Helped Me Balance My Sugar Levels I have hypoglycemia and I’m always looking for a way to eat better to keep my roller coaster sugar levels at bay. I wasn’t sure what “Clean Eating” was – until I read Clean Eating Made Simple. After several weeks using the ideas outlined in this book, I can honestly say I feel better, haven’t had nearly as many hypoglycemic episodes and have even lost weight! Terrible print quality, small print. Hard to read. The recipes are inspiring, and so easy. They’ve helped me establish a consistent, ease to cooking without using lots of oils/butters/fats. I’ve made quite a few recipes in this first week, and of the 10 we tried, there was 2 that were not a big hit. I make my husband breakfast now (the day or night before, of couse) and he loves it.BIG CON: This version (rockridge, paperback) is like, photocopied and shruken from a different version.
