Must-have THM companion cookbook! Briana Thomas Burkholder is an excellent cook that has adapted her eating to fit the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle! Even without fully understanding the diet, this book helps you to incorporate healthy eating habits into your life. The recipes are delicious, especially her baked goods!
