Frail Proof: Safely Yet Reliably Optimize Your Hormones to Live a Longer, Stronger, and Healthier Life

By | November 26, 2019

  • The first book to take a biohacking approach to menopause, andropause, and anti-aging: A specific hormone protocol (the FP Protocol) designed to optimize your hormone levels to help you achieve a longer, healthier, more productive, and more satisfying life.
  • Based on cutting-edge peer-reviewed research (with HTTP links), it is also the safest and most reliable protocol.
  • Designed for both men and women because this is a journey we take together.
  • Different from the older books in this category because it doesn’t rely the placebo effect to try to trick you into discounting your suffering, using mysticism or commiseration to merely make it more bearable, or tiny doses of hormones that can only minimize symptoms instead of addressing the underlying deficiencies.
  • A quick read, it also doesn’t waste your time with personal anecdotes, bogus case studies, herbal “snake oil” supplement recommendations, or elaborate yet minimally effective “diet and exercise” routines that make up the bulk of the other books in this field. It’s all about the “how” because you already know about the “why” (or you wouldn’t be reading this).
  • Includes the Biohacking Buyer’s Guide, mini-reviews of the most popular menopause and antiaging books on Amazon so you’ll know where to go (and where not to go) for background information, and the FP FAQ.

My own ob-gyn told me: “I do not handle hormones!”… I had to go to specialists of all sorts, and study a lot of papers to learn how to survive and strive during menopause. This book is an excellent source for getting the necessary knowledge regarding your so-called reproductive hormones which play such a major role in all your…
