This book is everything I cannot say enough about this book. Getting healthy sucks and it hurts and it’s a process so many of us go through over and over, failing and trying again. It is a frustrating undertaking and each new diet just makes us feel worse about ourselves and our efforts.Oonagh Duncan uses her sharp wit and deep understanding of what it truly takes to be healthy to impart to the reader a realistic view of what healthy means, how to get there and how to make it part of your life….not another…
