The book begins clarifying the advantages of clean eating, what to dodge, and so forth. This book is exactly what it says it is. A book full of healthy eating recipes. I didn’t have any trouble with finding the ingredients in any of the recipes I decided to try. There is bound to be a recipe you’re going to love in this cookbook, and they are all healthy, clean recipes to top it off.
