Just what the Doctor did not order. He wants me to take drugs. I will state this as a fact. This book changed my life. I was suffering chronic infections (mostly sinus) and always tired and felt just plain old. I started the Vitamin regimen in the book, especially the vitamin C and what a difference!My chronic sinus problems (over 30 years) are gone. Yes gone.
