Better life as much as longer life Although living to be 100 is not my goal anymore, I was interested in the insights of longevity from one of the Blue Zones. I have read about those zones before and I find the research interesting. This book looks deeper into one of those zones: Costa Rica. The interview style of the book with pictures of some of the centenarians of Costa Rica was enjoyable.There seemed to be a common thread of belief in God, praying and participation in religion.
