This is an excellent book on the topic of intermittent fasting and the writer goes to great lengths to cover all the issues associated with it. Intermittent fasting was something I was not overly familiar with prior to reading this book but the writer goes to great lengths to point out both the numerous benefits but also the health risk involved. I enjoyed reading this book. I have started this fasting method and have lost 14 lbs in less than 3 months.I have always had a hard time losing weight using low calorie diets that are designed for someone spreading their meals throughout the day. I find it easier to skip breakfast and use the 16/8 method although sometimes I go longer without eating.
