If you only buy one keto book, make it this one! Love this cookbook! My doctor recommended it (he’s the author’s father) and I bought it immediately. Hubby and I aren’t doing a strict keto diet, we’re slowly working our way into it. But so far, everything we’ve made has been delicious and easy to prepare. I love that it’s easy to follow and the author emphasizes finding what works for you, not a one-size-fits-all plan. As we slowly transition into this, I’m sure we’re going to be making most of the recipes in it. Also love she has suggestions…
