In this book provide very good explanation about Metabolic Autophagy. I am very impress with this book . Author is a pioneer in the study of Metabolic Autophagy. He generously shares what he has learned via You Tube and social media, free. He’s a free spirit as well, without sponsors to bow-down-to by advertising their products., unlike many of the ketosis gurus. This book has 50 pages of references!
