Good Book on Fitness and Muscle Building I really like Erin Stern and I had been hoping that she would get around to writing a book imparting her knowledge of fitness and muscle building, and thankfully she did. Her book offers good advice on workouts, nutrition, and motivation. The only thing that would have made this book better for me would have been if she had included a chapter on sports supplements that she thinks are worthwhile.
