A True Blessing, Without the New Age Spirituality that Comes With so Many Natural Healing Books. I have had this book for about 10 years. I have had 7 pregnancies in the last ten years, I wore this book out! It literally was in pieces, so I ordered a used one from here. It was given to me as a gift, and it is one of the best gifts I was ever given. It is very informative. Though there are many helpful and informative bits of information … Though there are many helpful and informative bits of information and practical advice to be found in pregnancy, some of the health and diet info is quite outdated. Also, the chapter titled “discomforts and health variations” includes many of the the herbs or bits of advice that are warned against in other parts of the book….this is confusing as the book is specifically for pregnancy and could be dangerous to someone not taking the time to make sure these things are not…
