Jan, from Australia here! I am really battling with a soft-drinkhabit at the moment. Joe’s book is wise, and inspirational.I listened to it on an audiobook I bought on i-tunes. The languagehas these occasional wise/ winner insights, which have inspiredme to try again – I’m going to stop the soft-drink tomorrow.I liked the bit about the dopamine baseline.
