I absolutely love this book I absolutely love this book! It is very informative and really helpful for someone with psoriasis, eczema or any other skin issues . I initially met the author via Instagram and reached out to her as I had struggled with psoriasis for 4 years and she sent me some free information to start with. like everyone else If you are serious about controlling your psoriasis, this is the book for you! Not only the recipes, but the entire program Hanna uses. I can see the difference already, and in all honestly, I am not adhering to the program daily or eating just her receipes.
