A highly useful book, erring on the side of Chinese medicine, but appreciating modern medical advances This book is written in a readable and reader-friendly fashion.Not only that, but it contains real advice on a wide variety of health and immortality-related areas.Sometimes I wish that the topics were more directly related with immortality, somehow.But, then I argue that they ARE related, I just hadn’t thought of it that way.The author writes from the position of being a doctor, and tries to solve everybody’s problems from every perspective…
