A really good book for novice and intermediate lifters I have been lifting for about 17 years and was getting a bit stale. I got tons of great ideas from this book.Who knew that proper foot placement would improve your bench press? But it really does. Jumping jacks as part of your warmup? Never would of thought of it, but I really like it. And a lot of new things that I am trying like Face Pulls and Side Bends.Their training cycles are intense and should move you along very quickly if you have the time and motivation to…
