Amazing! This thing is amazing! I was looking into getting the DB Method when I found this. It seemed to me that it was more machine for like a 3rd of the price! I got it yesterday, put it together and did my first workout. After only 10 minutes of reps and stop, reps and stop I was sweaty and my heart was racing! It packs a punch for sure. It is a hard workout but it is so worth it and I can’t wait till I’m able to go longer! I fully recommend it. I’m going to alternate my workouts on this with…
