I have been reading this cookbook, page by page, since it arrived. It’s not like any other cookbook I have that is full of recipe after recipe with only a few that seem like something I might actually make. Gina includes stories behind some of her recipes, tips on how to stock a healthy and accessible pantry, favorite brands to look for, and guidelines for following a healthy lifestyle that is laced with a few treats here and there.
