Great read! Loved this book! I really enjoyed the beginning section that was dedicated to explaining the benefits of having and using a power pressure cooker, but once I got to the recipe section, I was hooked. The author goes out of her way to include extremely detailed information, such as cooking times, which is definitely appreciated by inexperienced cooking readers like myself.
