Recipe after recipe this book contains a variety of mouthwatering foods for the health conscious person.In easy to read and understand terms this book explains how fasting and eating allow people to lose weight and become healthy in the process. Great book for anyone with will power. This is a good book for anyone wanting to lose weight in a new and flexible way. The diet follows this formula, for 5 days eat anything within 2000-2500 calories, and fasting for the other 2 days with only 500-600 calories. It seems to me that I would need a lot of willpower to stay within 500 calories, but after reading about the health benefits of fasting, I really want to give it a try. There are really no rules, if you want to eat shakes and bars on the fast days to keep an easy calorie…
