The author gives you lists of vegetables, fruits, flours, oils and butters, tips on meal prep, and some mouthwatering recipes! I especially liked the recipe for making your own sausage using ground chicken, pork or turkey, with the addition of sage, garlic and sea salt that was simple to prepare with the option to freeze.
