THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET USEFUL Buy the spiral bound and use it as an instruction manual for cooking. I bought this book last year. I hate cooking and only cook about 1X a week. I’ve liked every recipe that I’ve tried out of it. It also has great cooking tips for people like me who hate cooking and don’t know how long to grill vegetables, etc. The book doesn’t assume that you know what you’re doing, it give you tips and stuff.
