don’t read those other punk reviews – this book is da jaaam dude, you should buy this book. if you just do the actual exercises in this book, you will not need a trainer. if you’re looking to rebuild your body from back pain or joint pain or whatever aches or weaknesses you have, this is THE book. it’s all you need, at least training wise.it has tons of exercises and variations. it shows the correct posture and common mistakes that cause injuries. it also has *gasp* a ton of insane stretches!!! and it tells you which body part it…

Plenty of great exercises The title says it all. It is a big book of exercises. Basically, if you want to work on your back muscles, then turn to that section of the book and there are PLENTY of great exercises to choose from. What I like most about this book is that there are so many exercises that I have never learned about, and I have been working out for years!
