As a director of a large personal training program, we’ve used the program this book promotes exclusively for nearly 20 years. That should tell you all you need to know. It’s a great resource for trainers and individuals. Someone’s reveiw said it doens’t work with the Mediterranean diet–not sure what Mediterranean diet that person’s talking about, but this program is very compatible with it and many other styles of eating that promote plant-based, whole foods approaches to eating for weight…
