A slick informative book for anyone interested in some of the exercise programs done at the Shaolin Temple. I have had a lifetime passion for the martial arts, combat arts, combat fitness programs, and healing arts (Judo, Jujitsu, Karate-do, Boxing, Tai Chi, Qigong, Reiki and Jin Shin Do) and even though I have read huge numbers of books on these subjects I am always seeking to find more information.
