3 books at a price of one! I was lucky to get this boxset that tackles about getting fit through weight watchers program. This book includes Weight Watchers which is a starter guide for weight loss through the introduction of no B.S. smartpoints. The 31-days meal plan is a good starting point to this program if you still are not familiar with the concept.
