I love all of Lasater’s books! This is exactly the book I was looking for to develop core strength. There is an “introduction” to the anatomy affected, which helps me visualize what I am stretching/exercising, and pictures with each of the poses. The writing is easily understood by a typical/average yoga student and is brief and to the point. This is for strengthening abs – nothing more and nothing less.
