Life changing! This book changed my life. I read it about 5 years ago. I was a 52 year old overweight couch potato who had been inactive most of my life. Great roadmap for a healthy life I was the person that continually gained and lost the same 10 to 15 pounds over my entire adult life. That is until at age 50, I started lifting heavy weights.
