The BEST Keto Reference Out There I have the eBook version of this book, and actually have the hardcover coming because that’s what my wife prefers. This book is a great intro to the ketogenic lifestyle. It has an introduction to what it means to live keto, guides you through the first 28 days (and suggests doing it a second time for a total of 56 days), including meal plan, recipes, and shopping lists.
