Overall a very good introduction to living wheat-free! As someone who lives wheat-free I get a lot of questions from friends and family. Until now there really hasn’t been a good book that I can recommend to someone that sums it up in an easy to understand way. This is that book!Not only does it cover the basics of wheat free living, but it differentiates from gluten free and gives you a whole approach including exercise, lifestyle and other dietary considerations.
