Please Read, This book is amazing It really worked! I lost 20 lbs. in 4 weeks from only cooking out of the this my wheat belly cookbook. I still have about 14 lbs to go, but don’t have the time to make the recipes. It feels like I’ve been waiting forever for this my wheat belly cookbook to come out.
