Recommended for Gluten Free Diets and Recipes; Nice, Lightly Sweet Taste! Great With Smores! Boy, these really taste good. For someone that can’t or doesn’t eat wheat/gluten Graham crackers, these are a nice substitute. I bought these to make smores. They turned out perfect! These have similar texture to regular Graham crackers, just a tad more like a crunchy cookie, but have that sweet Graham flavor just the same. Really great ‘graham cracker’ I am celiac, and have certainly missed having graham crackers. When I was a kid I used to eat graham crackers with milk like cereal in the mornings.
