Good stuff! (My gut approves!) Started taking this as a nutritional supplement for the Resistant Starch provided by potato starch (not aware of other brands of potato starch on the market, have seen only this one at my local supermarket for about four bucks a bag). Taking RS is supposed to sustain and nourish your gut flora which is especially essential for those of us who’ve had to take antibiotics on various occasions which wipes out the gut flora, leading to all sorts of gastrointestinal issues.
