A High FODMAP Cookbook This is an expensive cookbook but at least it is hard cover so I gave it 2 stars. Dr. Myers recommends a lot of inflammatory recipes with high FODMAP foods, which is a diet used for SIBO and IBS patients by the medical community. So if you are any of these people, do not purchase this book because it will cause greater problems with the digestive tract, inflammation, etc. She substitutes Casava and Tapioca flours to satisfy the carb cravings but again, these are high FODMAP ingredients and…
