The Campbell Plan I am so grateful for this book! Look, to be honest, I have several books that tell you how to do whole foods plant-based eating, but I find them a bit confusing and not “to the point” the way this book is. Some are all over the map, traipsing from the finer points of caloric density, to just skimming over the FINER DETAILS of what you really need to do to make this way of eating work for you. This book was meant for me. Part III in particular really clarified a lot of my questions…
