Great book for anyone trying to live better. I really enjoyed this book. We all know that eating right and exercise is important… but the author does a great job of cutting through the conflicting information that we have all read about living healthily. Dr. Monto does a deep dive into eating right and how to exercise and tells you how to do each properly. He discusses different fad diets (all protein or no gluten) in detail and talks about the benefits of different exercises (running, yoga, Pilates, weight training). He also is…
