I really liked this book! Not only is this truly gluten free, but most of the recipes were grain free, too! The recipes were all easy to follow, many of them were kid friendly, but not so much so that they didn’t appeal to adults. They only problem I had with this cookbook was that in the seafood section it is harder to follow the recipes because the seafood itself is not measured in oz or other easier ways to know exactly how much to use. For example, for salmon it says to use a medium sized…
