Best Health Book I’ve Read in Many Years! I read Dr. Davis’ first book, WHEAT BELLY, but this one was MUCH better, in that he said most of what he said in his original book (but much more concisely), and also because it includes very tasty recipes for the entire ten days of de-tox. We’ve tried almost every single one and I could live on these foods forever! My husband and I both lost weight eating up to 3,000 calories a day (believe it or not), and we never felt hungry once!
