TERRIFIC!!!! Although I haven’t lost weight (my own fault for not following the diet as written), I took the information about inflammation to heart and stopped eating any grains. Within 6 months, my inflammatory marker (I have spondylitis, an autoimmune disorder like rheumatoid arthritis) that had drifted between 4 and 5 dropped to 0.4 and has stayed there for the 2 years I’ve followed this regimen. My pain level has decreased from a waking level of 3 to 4 of 10 to a 1 or less most days; and my worst days…
